Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Exploler website and services operated by Exploler Travel Agency.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Booking and Reservations
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Exploler.
1.2. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Exploler and full payment or the required deposit has been received.
1.3. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to make the booking on behalf of all persons in the party.
2. Payments
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the departure date.
2.3. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.4. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Pricing
3.1. All prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.
3.2. Prices are per person and based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
3.3. Single supplements may apply for solo travelers or those requesting single accommodations.
4. Travel Documents
4.1. It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents, including visas, passports, and health certificates.
4.2. Exploler is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
4.3. Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the completion date of their trip.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. All cancellations must be made in writing to Exploler.
5.2. Cancellation fees will apply based on the date of receipt of the written cancellation notice:
- More than 60 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit
- 59-30 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 29-15 days prior to departure: 75% of total tour cost
- 14 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total tour cost
5.3. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a tour, including accommodations, meals, or transportation.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. Exploler strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
6.2. Exploler is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, injury, death, or damage to property that could have been covered by travel insurance.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Exploler acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by defect or default of any company or person engaged in providing these services.
7.2. Exploler reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary, arrangement, or service if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or health concerns.
